GOAL
As Oracle prepared to launch a new global initiative, they needed an innovative, engaging program that would quickly bring new hires up to speed while building enthusiasm and commitment to the strategic intent.
PROCESS
I was hired as a curriculum developer, a project manager and a facilitator of the program. Partnering with an internal Training Manager, I developed a highly engaging 3 day program. I hired and managed a group of 8 outstanding facilitators who were responsible for taking the program across the U.S. and Canada.
OUTCOME
The program received rave reviews in participant evaluations and helped Oracle build momentum for their strategic objectives.
